Job Summary: A Service Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining raw product climate control, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. This person will perform mechanical installation, Class II wiring, refrigeration piping , and computerized control system upgrades. The ability to work independently and collaborate with others is essential. Specific Duties Include: Mechanical installation Installation and service of Class 2 power limited wiring, refrigeration piping, light plumbing and computerized control systems upgrades and setup Clean and organize ventilation system installs Maintain knowledge on all equipment updates and operational changes Complete all paperwork in a timely manner Be a self-starter; ability to work independently as well as with other personnel and management Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of Agri-Control Technologies Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service Requirements Electrical or Refrigeration certification preferred 2 years' experience 60% Travel General computer software skills required Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt to shifting priorities Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment Candidate must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
