How do we get our jobs included on RetailJobs.com?

You can post jobs directly to Retail Jobs, these appear as Featured Job Posts and get over 6x more applicants than a Standard Job Post. We have multiple purchase options depending upon your needs. You may choose to list a single job or you can purchase multiple jobs for a discounted price. The more jobs you purchase the deeper discounts you receive.

Why should we purchase Featured Jobs when our jobs are already posted on RetailJobs.com?

RetailJobs.com posts thousands of Standard job posts on their site that were posted somewhere on the web (your careers page, LinkedIn, Indeed etc). We do this for free for the entire retail industry, in order to benefit the industry as a whole. However, paid job postings that appear as Featured Job Postings will be displayed on top of the search results significantly improving chances of applicants viewing your jobs.

What is a Standard Job Post?
A standard job post is posting by RetailJobs.com. This option is not available for Employers to post. These jobs are harvested by RetailJobs.com from job postings on the web such as company career pages, LinkedIn, Indeed, Ziprecruiter, or other job boards.
What is a Featured Job Post?
A featured job post is a paid job post purchased by a company. These will be pinned to the top of the jobs list for a duration you specify. After this period has expired, the job will retain a darker border to make it stand out, but will be ordered in the list as Standard Job Post.

We have a lot of jobs to post, do you do bulk discounts?

Yes, please review our Five (5) Featured Job Postings or our Enterprise Plan which allows you to post up to 100 Featured Job Posting at discounted prices. If you would like to post all jobs from your careers page, please reach out to us at Sales@RetailJobs.com and we'll give you a quote.

Will you be able to import jobs if we provide a XML or API feed?

Please reach out to Sales@RetailJobs.com and we will work with you on importing jobs based on the XML or API feed you provide.

How do we apply our promo code to receive discounts?

If you have received a promo code, please use the code on the payment page when you are making a payment. Please look for a link “Have a promo code?” next to the “Total” amount and enter the promo code. The “Total” amount will apply the discount and display your discounted Total.

There are already several Featured Companies, will there be room for our company on the homepage if we become a Featured Company too?

The display order of Featured Companies is randomized each time the homepage loads to make sure every Featured Company gets an equal share of impressions (you can test this by going to the home page and refreshing).

How can I get our company logo on job posts?

Once you’ve purchased a Featured Job Post or become a Featured Company we will add your logo to your profile and it will be included on all of your present and future Standard and Featured Job Posts.
