The role involves reviewing and interpreting claims data across multiple adjudication platforms, processing inbound mail related to conditional MSP claims, and supporting member-specific task resolutions. Additionally, you will participate in various tasks and projects across the team, ensuring the proper adjudication of claims across multiple payers. Required Qualifications: * 2 years of experience in financial operations, claims processing, customer service, or a healthcare-related field. * Ability to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and complete tasks on time. * Experience in a similar healthcare or claims environment is a plus, but not required.
