Reaper Siteworks is a growing commercial sitework contractor specializing in demolition, earthwork, site utilities, concrete paving, and asphalt paving. Our focus is primarily on industrial, retail, and government projects with some notable multi-family, hospitality, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Coordinate field operations with the foreman and complete assigned tasks to maintain project directives and schedules Complete all assigned reporting through Procore Maintain and monitor equipment Perform On-the-Job Training for new hires and existing team to produce growth, efficiency, and unity Ensure the quality of work is consistent with company and industry standards Assist management in developing processes and policies for implementation across the company Follow safety practices compliant with company, OSHA, and jurisdictional standards Qualifications 5 years of experience in civil construction, underground utilities, grading/earthwork, or heavy equipment operation. Minimum cumulative 6,000 logged hours operating 4 or more of the following: motor grader, bulldozer, excavator, wheel/track loader, haul truck, skidsteer, scraper Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to collaborate effectively under emotional and mental stress Professional knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations for the Colorado market OSHA 10-hr trained Benefits Workman's Compensation Starting 30 days from date of hire - Paid Holidays – 8 total; 7 federal and 1 floating Starting 90 days from date of hire - Health/Vision/Dental Insurance plans with company contribution of 60% of base premium Company 401k, matching up to 4% of gross pay, 100% vesting of all contributions PTO - accruable 80 hours/year with eligibility for rollover Compensation $28.00 - $40.00/hour, actual compensation to be negotiated based on experience and matching qualifications.
