Location: Hybrid (3 days in person) - Vernon, CA (Los Angeles) Hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week) $18-$20/hr Monthly Incentive Program About the Job: ThreadBeast is a leading men’s streetwear subscription service that delivers handpicked, stylish apparel straight to our members’ doors every month. Our technology curates selections based on each member’s unique preferences, creating a personalized experience that keeps our community engaged. As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of our customer success efforts—engaging with members, handling retention-focused calls, and using persuasive sales tactics to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires a high-energy, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment. Your ability to uncover customer concerns, highlight the value of our service, and influence renewal decisions will directly impact our business success. Job Responsibilities: Engage with existing customers via inbound and outbound calls (75 per day) to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and retain their business. Identify customer pain points and skillfully position ThreadBeast’s value to turn cancellations into continued memberships. Utilize proven sales tactics such as objection handling, upselling, and consultative techniques to maximize retention. (Maintain minimum retention rate KPIs) Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively via phone calls and occasionally support tickets. Stay updated on our products, pricing, and industry trends to better serve and sell to customers. Act as a feedback loop by sharing key customer insights and retention trends during team meetings, helping refine our product offerings and retention strategies to better align with our customer base. Qualifications: Preferred 1 years of experience in sales, customer retention, or customer support (subscription-based experience is a plus). Proven success in a high-volume call environment with strong objection-handling skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (especially Google Sheets). Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade. A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Adaptive to fast-paced and fast-changing environments Must be able to pass a criminal background check
