Title: Corporate Development Associate Company Summary: We are working with a leading retail focused company based in the Houston area that is actively looking to add a Corporate Development Associate to its growing M&A team. This role offers exposure to end-to-end transaction execution, strategic planning, and executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in M&A execution and financial analysis, with an interest in driving long-term value through strategic initiatives. The Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for: Supporting end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning. Preparing detailed presentations and analyses for senior executives and other key stakeholders. Conducting market and industry research to identify potential acquisition or partnership opportunities. Developing financial models and valuation analyses to support strategic decision-making. Collaborating with internal business units and external advisors throughout the deal process. Assisting in the development of long-range strategic planning and capital allocation initiatives. The Corporate Development Associate should have the following qualifications: 2 years of experience in Investment Banking M&A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Strong financial modeling and valuation experience with closed deal exposure preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
