In this role, you will help customers navigate financial hardships while driving critical business impact. * Key Responsibilities * * Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with overdue accounts. * Provide options and solutions to customers facing financial difficulties. * Use negotiation and customer service skills to collect payments and resolve delinquencies. * Maintain compliance with Fair Debt Collection Practices and internal security standards. * Follow system documentation and update customer accounts accurately. * Meet performance metrics including call quality, collections effectiveness, and adherence to schedule. * Use problem-solving techniques to determine account status and next steps.
