Adecco Staffing is working with a distribution center in Raymond, NH to bring on Yard Drivers. This role supports daily yard operations, trailer movement, and equipment safety within the facility.

Position: Yard Driver (On Property)

Shift / Pay:
• Tuesday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM — $30.55 per hour
• Saturday – Monday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM — $32.10 per hour
• Tuesday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM — $29.55 per hour

Duties / Responsibilities
• Operate tractor/trailer units safely within the yard
• Move trailers to designated dock doors and yard locations
• Inspect trailers to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in working order
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and DOT-related documentation
• Use yard management systems, radios, and warehouse systems to coordinate trailer movement
• Perform trailer inventory checks and ensure proper fuel levels
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Support additional yard or facility tasks as assigned

Qualifications
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Minimum of 6 months experience operating tractor/trailer units
• Experience working in a yard, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and extended shifts as scheduled

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work outdoors
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 60 lbs
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and industrial environments

Pay Details: $29.00 to $32.00 per hour
