Compensation: Earn a guaranteed starting base of $17-$20/hr plus performance bonuses. Entry-level team members make $50K in their first year with no prior auto sales experience. Responsibilities can include: Guide customers through the sales process by providing product information, answering questions, and offering solutions tailored to their needs. Build rapport with potential buyers through in-person interactions, follow-up calls, and digital outreach. Track customer interactions and sales progress using internal systems and CRM tools. Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall team performance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service or delivery. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1 year of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or service-oriented role Quick to learn and adapt to new sales technologies and CRM tools Goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Upon completing the application, you will be prompted to complete our HAALO inventory.
