Adecco is currently recruiting for a Technical Customer Service Representative for a leading engineering and manufacturing company headquartered in North Canton, OH.
Position Overview
Pay starts at $18 per hour
The Technical Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in supporting customers by managing order activity, providing detailed product information, and delivering a high?quality service experience. This position requires someone who is eager to develop strong technical knowledge of the company's products and learn customer order management processes within SAP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Entry & Management: Enter customer orders with high accuracy, monitor order status, and manage updates through SAP after training.
  • Technical Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of product features, benefits, intended use, and competitive advantages. Use this knowledge to answer questions, support customer needs, and help guide product selections.
  • Customer Communication: Engage with existing and prospective customers via phone and email, providing clear technical information, product availability, and service updates while maintaining strong rapport.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Customer?focused personality with the ability to build relationships.
  • Tech?savvy and capable of learning new systems and software, including SAP order entry and order management.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and data?entry skills.
  • Ability to learn and retain detailed technical product information.
  • Dependable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.

Preferred Background
  • HSD or GED, and some college preferred.
  • Prior experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus (but not required—training provided).

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
