Senior Sales Associate

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated sales professional to lead shifts, train new team members, and drive exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a mastery of sales techniques and the ability to handle challenges with grace. This position will work in both locations.

Responsibilities

• Upsell, cross-sell, and close sales while building strong customer relationships
• Lead shifts and support daily operations with professionalism
• Train and mentor new sales associates
• Assist with visual merchandising once per week

Requirements

• Proven sales skills and ability to work independently to meet goals
• Positive, professional communication and leadership style
• Interest in visual merchandising and a desire to learn Terra Cottage's approach
• Able to work a consistent schedule of 30 hours/week
• Able to work both locations: Folsom and Roseville
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
