Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production operations by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. This role plays a key part in minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and facility equipment
Perform emergency repairs during production and scheduled preventative maintenance during downtime
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose equipment issues, replace parts, test repairs, and make adjustments
Perform preventative maintenance on machines and plant equipment
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders
Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and material handling equipment
Assist with simple machining duties
Support CNC machine troubleshooting and general repairs
Assist with PLC troubleshooting (basic familiarity required)
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned
High school diploma or GED required
Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance preferred
OR equivalent hands-on maintenance experience
Experience or exposure to:
CNC machines
Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
Industrial production equipment
General facility maintenance
Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read basic schematics and equipment manuals
Familiarity with PLC systems (entry-level knowledge acceptable)
Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures)
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Manufacturing production floor environment
Exposure to noise, dust, moving machinery, and vibration
Facility is not temperature-controlled year-round
Occasional outdoor work may be required
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and crouching throughout the shift
Must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to focus
Competitive pay: $25–$30/hour
