What the Candidate Will Do1. Own the end-to-end sales cycle for priority Retail accounts, from outbound strategy to signed agreement2. Identify, prioritize, and execute against a pipeline of high-impact Retail brands3. Build and manage executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders4. Lead commercial negotiations, including deal structuring and contract execution5. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Partner Management to successfully launch and scale new Retail partnerships6. Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets while expanding Uber Eats' Retail footprintBasic Qualifications1. 6+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or partnerships2. Experience owning and closing complex, net-new business opportunities3. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, including C-suite stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications1. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and signing multi-location or national partnerships2. Experience navigating complex organizations and driving alignment across executive decision-makers3. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure strategic, long-term agreementsFor Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$134,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year.For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$134,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year.For Miami, FL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$134,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year.For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$149,000 per year - USD$166,000 per year.For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$149,000 per year - USD$166,000 per year.For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp.
